How does the WhatsApp delivery work?

We send the brochure as a PDF document through the official WhatsApp Business API, via our chatSYMS platform. You'll see a normal WhatsApp message with the PDF attached — no app to install.

What happens to my number after I submit?

It's stored as a marketing lead under our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of follow-up messages by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by emailing info@edusyms.com.

Do I need a WhatsApp account?

Yes — the brochure is delivered as a WhatsApp document. If you'd prefer email, write to info@edusyms.com with "Brochure please" in the subject and we'll send it by email.

Can I share it with my team?

Of course. Forward the WhatsApp message to colleagues, drop the PDF in your group chats, or attach it to a board pack. It's designed to be shared.
